Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship all Harbornest orders with attention and care.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax).

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.


At this time, we ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Timing

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


In-Store Pickup (Free)

We offer free in-store pickup at Harbornest. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.


Local Delivery (Free)

We offer free local delivery for addresses within Gig Harbor city limits and Fox Island. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days after order processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Harbornest is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Harbornest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
